Brandformance

Brandformance is branding + performance combined. 

Our client needed to develop a strategy to drive in-store sales using digital campaigns.

The first hurdle was reaching a very atomized audience near store locations.

Next step was to cover areas around available points of sale and adjusting messages and campaign intensity according to POS factors such as availability, volume and population.

Customer journey for the campaing incentivized store lookups and other interactions to drive point of sale visits and measured success for each available store.

Using in-store data alongside campaing data allowed the creation of a model that pushed retail sales only using digital media. Through geo & other segmentation dimensions we achieved an optimal ROI increasing store visits with minimum waste.

Once the campaign had gathered enough information, we would go through optimization iterations using all available data and adjusting tactics accordingly to distill and improving ROI.
